The purpose of these T&Cs is to define the terms and conditions under which the Buyer may access and use the online training courses offered by French Game Studio By Laurie.

Any purchase implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

 

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

 

The products offered are strictly digital online training courses. They include, but are not limited to:

  • Video Lessons

  • Interactive Games

  • Downloadable PDF guides and exercises

  • Exclusive access via a private Student Portal

Important: All products are exclusively digital. No physical goods, books, or materials will be shipped or exported.

Access is granted immediately via the internet upon confirmation of payment.

 

4. NO REFUND POLICY

 

Due to the digital nature of the products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once access to the French Game Studio By Laurie platform and its digital content has been granted.

By completing your purchase, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with digital consumer laws.

 

5. ACCESS TO TRAINING COURSES

 

Access to the training courses is granted immediately upon payment validation.

The Buyer will receive personal access credentials via the LearnyBox platform.

Access is strictly:

  • Personal (for the individual Buyer only)

  • Non-transferable (cannot be sold, shared, or gifted)

  • Reserved exclusively for the Buyer

Any sharing of login credentials or unauthorized distribution of course content will result in the immediate termination of access without a refund.

 

6. PRICES AND CURRENCY

 

Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD).

  • VAT not applicable – In accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

  • The prices displayed are final and correspond to the total amount paid by the Buyer.

  • Any additional bank fees related to currency conversion (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

 

7. PAYMENT METHODS

 

Payments are processed online through a secure, encrypted platform.

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • PayPal

Important: No banking or credit card information is stored by the Seller.

All transactions are handled by our secure third-party payment processors (Stripe/PayPal).

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and international directives on digital content, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the digital content has been delivered immediately after payment and the Buyer has expressly waived their right by confirming the purchase.

 

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

All content (video lessons, texts, course materials, exercises, interactive games, images, and logos) is protected by International Copyright Laws.

Any reproduction, distribution, sharing, resale, or copying, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the Seller.

The Buyer is granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the content for private educational purposes only.

 

10. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER

 

The training courses provided are for educational purposes only. The Buyer is solely responsible for their use of the course content.

  • No guaranteed results: The Seller does not guarantee any specific results (professional, linguistic, or personal). Success depends on the Buyer’s individual commitment and effort.

  • Limitation of Liability: The Seller shall not be held liable for misuse of content, lack of specific results, or technical issues beyond the Seller’s control (e.g., internet outages, platform maintenance).

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
